# 安装可能遇到的问题

### 软件安装失败显示已中止安装

#### 请前往控制面板卸载已安装的软件尝试再次安装,另请退出所有的杀毒软件安全卫士.

### 软件首页报错

#### 重启软件或者点击Try to repair修复.有时候软件刚启动也会报错,等待文件加载即可.

### **导入节点显示Cloud not switch to this profile,或软件显示不正常**

#### 点击Open Folder将里面的文件全部删除并重启软件后再试
